As a divorced mom raising three teenage girls pretty much on my own, I have dealt with feeling incredible overwhelm and dissatisfaction with life and wanting to get “unstuck.”
Over the past seven plus years, I've discovered effective strategies to build physical and mental resilience, while transforming my mindset and embracing positivity and a happy life. This journey has empowered me to pursue coaching and speaking so I can help others navigate more happiness in life.
